How to make a bull headwear

Bull head decoration can be part of a great overall design scheme. But a really bull head Sounds a little cruel，but now we can make a wooden bull head, it can be very beautiful on decoration.
Today is going to use a Thunder Laser system to make a wooden bull head. Let’s start to explore fun with the laser!

Required items:

Material: 3mm plywood

Other items: some glue

Laser head: standard head

Thunder laser used:

Laser cutting machine: Nova35 80watt

Setting parameters:

Cutting speed: 20mm/s Cutting power: 50~55%

You can also draw on CorelDraw and then click on the laser plug-in to switch to the laser software. Set the appropriate parameters on the laser software and click Download to transfer the design to your laser machine.

Place the plywood on the work table of the Laser cutting machine, move the laser head to the proper position, adjust the focal length, press the “Origin” on the LCD control panel to set the starting position, and then press the “Start” to start the work.
Collect all the pieces cut out, Let’s start making some cool stuff.

Tips:

1.The power/speed settings will be different depend on different material and different machine configuration, to get the best setting parameters, users need to test several times. You can download a parameter list from our site is for reference.
